Baileys Harbor Lighthouses Segway Tour

This is the only lighthouse Segway tour in the United States!

Are you ready for a Segway adventure that takes you to some of the most iconic spots in Baileys Harbor?

On this unique tour, you’ll see two lighthouses, a pair of range lights, and explore the operations of one of the last remaining local fishing families in Door County. You’ll glide along historic Ridges Road, passing through Toft Point Nature Preserve and the Ridges Sanctuary. You will get to experience the stunning beauty of the region with its unique mix of fauna and flora.

As you are gliding along on your Segway, you entertaining and expert guide will share fascinating insights and stories. You’ll learn about the world of local fishing families and their traditions, as well as the history of the lighthouses and range lights that you’ll visit.

Riding on a Segway is an exiting and unique way to discover Door County. Your expert guide will ensure that you have a fun and safe experience.

Duration: up to 2-hours

Need to know:

• Your Segway adventure begins with a training session that lasts between 10 to 30 minutes depending on group size and comfort level.
• No previous Segway gliding experience is needed.
• Minimum age for participation is 11 years.
• An adult or guardian must accompany children under 18.
• There are no weight restrictions for our tours, but a person must be comfortable on their feet and not have issues climbing stairs without assistance. It is best that a participant is 70 lbs. or more.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to ride on the Segway PT for safety reasons. The maximum number of participants per tour is 9.
• You will be provided a bicycle helmet free of charge. You may bring your own helmet if you wish.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
